Clip of the Day: A JOB For The Wedge

As summer winds down, it's time to reflect on all the giant southern hemi swells we had. Actually, we had 1 solid swell last weekend and it really wasn't that big. Anyway, that didn't stop Jamie O'Brien from hopping on a plane from Hawaii and paddling out at the Wedge on a whim. Actually, Red Bull (his main sponsor) asked him to come over and get some footage of him. Pretty good stuff actually. (I need to stop saying actually). The Wedge had some 15' sets and Jamie paddled over the ledge like it was 5' Pupukea. Nerves of steel that kid. And if that didn't impress you, I threw in a bonus clip of the Wedge from a few years ago that was bigger than Jamie's swell, cleaner, and rounder. It's never too early to start thinking about next summer...
